Welcome to Thunder Massage. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.
1.Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide written consent.
2.Health Conditions and Risks
Massage therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Clients with certain medical conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, contagious skin conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnancy) should consult a healthcare professional before booking.
It is your responsibility to disclose any injuries, allergies, or health conditions to your therapist before your session.
By proceeding with the massage, you accept any risks involved. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
3.Appointments, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
You are allowed to reschedule or request a refund up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time of your treatment.
Changes made less than 1 hour before the appointment start time may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.
4.Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unexpected things happen. If you arrive late:
We will be happy to provide your full massage session if there is no client scheduled immediately after you.
If another guest is scheduled after you, we may need to shorten your massage to avoid delays for the next client.
In either case, the full session fee will still apply.
5.No-show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice:
We will send you an email offering a final chance to rebook within 7 days.
If you do not respond or rebook within that 7-day period, no refund or rescheduling will be available.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both clients and staff.
6.Weather-related Closures
In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, our store will be closed for the safety of our clients and staff.
All affected appointments will be eligible for full refunds or free rescheduling.
You will be contacted as soon as possible to make new arrangements.
We are a professional massage establishment.
Any inappropriate behavior, including suggestive remarks or gestures, will result in immediate termination of the session. You will be charged in full and may be banned from future services.

9.Right of Interpretation
In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Thunder Massage Limited reserves the full right to interpret and act in the best interest of our clients, staff, and business operations.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page.
