Welcome to Thunder Massage. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.

1. Membership Plan

We offer three monthly plans:

60 minutes credit – HKD 828 per month
80 minutes credit – HKD 998 per month
120 minutes credit – HKD 1,288 per month

2. Payment & Billing

Payment is due monthly in advance via credit card. Membership auto-renews each month unless cancelled.

3. Unused Credits

Unused monthly credits roll over automatically to the next billing cycle with no limit or cap on accumulation, and they never expire for as long as your membership subscription remains active.

If you cancel your membership, any accumulated unused credits will remain fully usable for 6 months from the cancellation date. After that 6-month period, all remaining credits expire and are no longer valid.

Membership credits are not refundable in cash or any other form under any circumstances.

4. Additional Sessions

After exhausting monthly + rolled-over credits, additional minutes are charged at a 24% discounted rate (beyond standard pricing).

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime with no fixed contract or hidden fees.

Provide at least 2 business days' notice via email (Service@thundermasssagegehk.com) or WhatsApp (+852 9075 5697).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. No refunds for partial months or remaining credits.

6.General

Membership credits have no cash value and are not refundable upon cancellation, termination, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program or these terms with 30 days' notice (or immediately for breach / non-payment).
